What is one instance when it could be good advice? What is one instance where it might not be good advice? Now find an image depicting Laozi and draw a portrait of him in your sketchbook, accompanied by the quote. Some artists find inspiration in different types of music. Just like certain types of music inspire different moods and movements, music can inspire you to make certain marks, or lines, or images. As I play different types of music, tune in and let the music inspire what you draw. It can be abstract or representational.
